Hello Summit Speaker! We are setting aside some time to help support any specific technical assistance you may need while preparing your video presentation. Once you’ve worked through your Video Checklist, if you still have any minor issues or questions, please feel free to schedule a date during this support weekend so we can troubleshoot together. :)

WHAT WE WILL COVER ON THE CALL – 

  • issues/questions you have about enhancing your video/audio quality 

  • lighting and sound considerations

  • maybe a few short questions about presentation style (time permitting)

WHAT WE WON’T COVER ON THE CALL – 

  • how to fully edit videos, video effects, or other special skills

  • design classes (how to create art for visuals, how to use Canva, etc.)

  • extensive lists or equipment suggestions

  • super technical questions about computer operating systems (if we can’t do simple troubleshooting for your tech issues)

REQUIRED PREPARATION BY SPEAKER BEFORE OUR CALL – 

Please have a prioritized and concise list of questions for us to cover, regarding your tech support needs. We will review details related to video, audio, and presentation quality first (and may get to other questions if time allows). [No hair and makeup required for this call.] 😊
